I am all about the nourishing meals, but that doesn’t mean I don’t snack in between as well. I strive to eat intuitively, and if my body is craving a snack or in need of some fuel, we LISTEN! It’s easy to compare your eating habits to others, but at the end of the day, you know what makes you and your body feel best, and that’s all that matters! ❤️
