in a bowl, combine 1 can of drained tuna, diced celery and onion, 1 heaping tbsp @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil mayo, 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt, sea salt, pepper and a sprinkle of EBTB seasoning. wash and slice a red bell pepper and stuff the bell pepper with the tuna salad! paired with a spinach and arugula salad topped with pepitas, hemp seeds, sea salt and a drizzle of olive oil!
