happy wednesday, my friends! ❤️ sharing this super simple fibre-filled snack or breakfast idea with you all that honestly tastes like a decadent dessert! It’s just a few simple ingredients that you combine and leave in the fridge! chia seeds are packed with antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, fibre and protein! I also added some of my favorite @ommushrooms mushroom powder to the mix! It has no strange taste and adds a number of benefits to help my immune system 💪🏻

chocolate chia pudding
•1/4 cup chia seeds
•3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
•1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
•1 tsp @ommushrooms mushroom powder
•1 tbsp cacao powder
•sprinkle of cinnamon
•1 tsp maple syrup
-mix and soak in fridge overnight!
-in the morning, I paired it with raspberries, coconut yogurt, granola, and nut butter!
