savory brunch bowl of goodness ✨
with the dark and rainy weather this week, I’ve decided to make my own sunshine in the form of bright and colorful meals 🌈💕
If you are anything like me, the weather makes a huge impact on your mood and energy levels. aside from making delicious and cozy meals, a few things that help keep my spirits up on gloomy days are:
•moving my body! whether it be a walk on the treadmill while watching YouTube, or doing an at-home livestream workout class 💃
•writing in my morning gratitude journal ❤️
•making a schedule for the day to keep myself busy and on track 📚
•still getting outside for a walk! 🌿 grab your umbrella and rain gear and still get some fresh air, even if it’s for 15 minutes. although it’s tempting to hibernate in your home, I promise the air will do you so much good!)
•have something planned to look forward to! (it doesn’t have to be anything major – my excitement planned for tonight is watching last nights episode of @bacheloretteabc and drinking some 🍷)

arugula, two eggs scrambled in some @chosenfoods avocado oil and sprinkled with feta, zucchini, mushrooms and tomato sautéed in avocado oil and sprinkled with sea salt, avocado chunks sprinkled with hemp seeds, some @wildbrine sauerkraut, a glob of hummus, and drizzled in a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil!
