raspberry vanilla chia overnight oats
•1/3 cup rolled oats
•1 tsp chia seeds
•1 scoop vanilla protein powder
•1 heaping tbsp coconut yogurt
•a handful of organic frozen raspberries
•about 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (more or less may be needed depending on how thick you like your oats, and if you are using protein powder!)
-mix and store in the fridge overnight!
-in the morning, I topped it with strawberries, banana slices, hemp seeds, and a dollop of @healthycrunch Raspberry Chia Jam and Sunflower Seed Butter!
