gearing up for this Halloween weekend with these creamy, protein-packed overnight oats will forever be one of my favorite breakfast options for busy morning’s, and being able to completely customize them is key for keeping it interesting!
Do you have any plans for this weekend? to be honest, I’ve never been much of a Halloween person, and much prefer handing out candy and see all the kids in their costumes having fun! Michael and I will probably be on the couch watching TV and eating a pizza 😅

pumpkin pie overnight oats recipe:
•1/3 cup @bobsredmill gf rolled oats
•1 tsp chia seeds
•2 tbsp pumpkin purée
•2 scoops of @nuzest_usa vanilla protein powder (code “leanneliveshealthy” will save you $ at checkout)
•1 tsp maple syrup
•sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
•2/3 cup almond milk
-stir and soak in fridge overnight! In the morning, add in some extra milk if it’s too thick, the I topped it with some coconut yogurt, almond butter, pecans, pepitas and a sprinkle of cinnamon
