sharing this simple dinner trio featuring three of my favorites – pan seared scallops, asparagus and alfredo pasta! ❤️ so simple and incredibly easy to make.
Q: what is your favorite type of seafood? I think salmon will always be number one, but scallops are definitely a close second!
pan seared scallops (heat a medium pan with some @chosenfoods avocado oil, and pat dry the scallops with a paper towel on each side to remove any excess moisture. sprinkle with sea salt, and sear on both sides for a few minutes! paired with some steamed asparagus drizzled in olive oil and sea salt, and some @chickapeapasta pasta tossed in some @primalkitchenfoods alfredo sauce and sprinkled with nutritional yeast
