fall harvest salad bowl 🍁
slowly transitioning to enjoying all the roasted veggies for these cooler months, and I couldn’t be more excited. bring on the cozy soups, chili, oatmeal and warming foods! ❤️
base of greens (I only had spinach on hand, but I love using kale, arugula and mixed greens as well!) with some quinoa, avocado chunks, roasted brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes (drizzled in @chosenfoods avocado oil and sea salt and baked at 420F for 28 minutes, flipping halfway), sliced @lovebeets beets, pepitas, hemp seeds, and drizzled in about a tsp of olive oil and 1.5 tsp balsamic vinegar post-pic!
