and just like that, it’s Friday again! with being back to school, I know the weeks are going to continue to fly right by, so I’m really trying to soak in all these gorgeous fall days before they slip away!
the two things I love doing every morning to help slow me down and really stop and appreciate the NOW is:
•my long morning walks with my mom! we started this habit together in March, and it’s seriously the best start to my day! ☀️
•journaling! the great thing with journaling is there’s no right or wrong way of doing it. some days, I follow prompts to guide my writing, and some days I just write about what’s happening in my life! It doesn’t have to be long either – mine is usually a few sentences!

two eggs cooked in @chosenfoods avocado oil and sprinkled with red pepper flakes, sea salt and microgreens + avocado slices sprinkled with hemp seeds and roasted sweet potatoes (baked at 420F for 28ish minutes, flipping halfway)
