creamy vanilla chia protein overnight oats to start the new week! 🤸🏻‍♀️💕
I go through such phases with overnight oats – I discovered them at the beginning of high school, and I had them every single morning for four years 😅
they are the perfect breakfast for a busy morning as you prepare everything the night before, and it’s also super refreshing having your oats without enduring hot oatmeal in the summer heat ☀️

vanilla chia protein
•1/3 cup @bobsredmill rolled oats
•1 scoop @nuzest_usa vanilla protein (discount code is linked in my bio!)
•1 tsp chia seeds
•sprinkle of cinnamon
•1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
-stir and soak in fridge overnight!
-in the morning, I topped it with banana slices, strawberries, hemp seeds, and a glob of @maranathanutbutters almond butter!

  1. I feel the same way about phases with overnight oats and a lot of things actually. Then after some time apart I try them again and LOVE them!! Currently loving them because of the heat of summer 🌞
