nothing like some quiet time with my oats, coffee and book after a lovely walk to start the day โ˜•๏ธโค๏ธ
my big project for the day is finishing and submitting a report for my online course before I head up to the cottage with Michael and his family for the weekend! โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ

โ€ขcook up 1/3 cup of @bobsredmill rolled oats in the microwave in about 1/2 cup liquid (water or milk)
โ€ขonce the oats are cooked, I stirred in 1 scoop of @mrmnutrition cinnamon bun protein powder, 1 tsp @ommushroom mushroom powder, and a sprinkle of @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon
โ€ขif itโ€™s too thick, add almond milk while stirring!
โ€ขtopped with chia pudding (made a batch by mixing 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1/2 cup almond milk and a tsp of vanilla extract), banana slices, pepitas, @manitobaharvest hemp seeds and a glob of @maranathanutbutters almond butter!
