cozy chia pudding breakfast bowl for this chilly fall morning 🍁💕
cinnamon sautéed apples will always be one of my favorite smells 🍎 they are so simple to make and made for the perfect pairing with the chia pudding!
I learned from my friend @keepupwithliv the recipes for the CREAMIEST, most delicious chia pudding. the key is to use full fat coconut milk. chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, and they are definitely a staple in my diet – adding them to oatmeal, smoothies, or sprinkling on salads toasts!

the BEST recipe (makes me a few servings!):
•1 can of full fat coconut milk
•5 tbsp chia seeds
•splash of vanilla extract
-stir and store in fridge overnight!
I paired it with some apples sautéed in @nutiva coconut oil and sprinkled with @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon, some @purely_elizabeth honey almond granola, cashew butter and pepitas!
