having snacks on hand is a MUST for me, and it’s always a bonus when they’re homemade! I don’t know about you, but when I find a baked goodie that I’ve forgotten about in my freezer, it’s like Christmas morning! 😅
every week or two, I try and make a new snack/dessert recipe from one of the amazing people I’ve connected with in this space ❤️ last week, I made these simple, vegan, no-bake bites from @erinliveswhole’s ebook, and they did not disappoint! the ebook she created includes 48 wholesome recipes, and I can’t wait to try them all! 😍 the ingredients for these bites are:
