I’ve teamed up with my friends over at @kaizencanada to giveaway TWO $150 GIFT CARDS! Kaizen Naturals is a Canadian brand of nutritional supplements that are made without any artificial flavours, colours and sweeteners, and they have a variety of protein powders (my favourite is their vegan protein in the vanilla flavour!), pre-workout mixes, and more!

chocolate chip vanilla protein
•1/2 cup almond flour
•1 scoop @kaizencanada vegan vanilla protein
•1/2 tsp baking powder
•1 egg
•1 tsp melted and cooled coconut oil
•1/4 cup almond milk (add more gradually if batter is too thick)
•splash of vanilla extract
•sprinkle of salt
-directions: heat a pan with some coconut oil. on low/medium heat, pour batter into 3-4 cakes and let them cook for a few minutes (optional: add some dark chocolate chips or frozen berries!) until you begin to see bubbles forming. flip and cook on the other side for a few minutes. served with coconut yogurt, chunky PB, banana slices, and a drizzle of maple syrup!
