a creamy oatmeal bowl paired with a hot cup of coffee to start the week ☕️💕
came home from my morning walk craving a hot bowl of oats, so whipped up my go-to recipe – packed with protein and healthy fats to keep me satisfied and energized for a morning of work! 📚

•bring about 3/4 cup of liquid (water, nut milk, etc) to a boil on the stovetop
•add in 1/3 cup @bobsredmill rolled oats, stir, and reduce the heat
•gradually stir for a few minutes, then add a sprinkle of @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon and a tsp of chia seeds
•once the oats are cooked, remove from heat and add in 2 scoops of @nuzest_usa vanilla protein (discount link is in my bio!)
•transfer to your bowl!
•top with banana slices, blackberries, pepitas, hemp seeds and a glob of almond butter!
