happy wednesday, my friends! ever since the beginning of this year, I’ve been making an effort to enjoy more plant-based meals daily, and reduce the amount of animal protein and products I eat. now don’t get me wrong, I’m not doing this for any type of diet, nor removing anything entirely – just making strides to live more plant-focused, shall we say! 🌱
supplementing with @gardenoflifecanada’s products gives me the peace of mind knowing that I’m getting all my essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients! they recently just released their new “mykind Organics Plant Iron & Organic Herbs” that is the first and only liquid vegan iron supplement made using only whole-food, plant-based ingredients! The iron is sourced using organic curry leaves and contains other plant ingredients to provide Vitamin C (from organic amla berries), as well as Vitamin B6 and B12 for optimal iron absorption and utilization.
